We summarise the recommendations about reproducibility as follows:
- Information on every part of the recording chain has to be collected as
carefully as possible, with characteristics of the speaker
(cf. Section 8.3), transducers (cf. Section 8.4), the
recording environment (cf. Section 8.5) and of the recording channel.
- For choosing speech signals, try to apply reference signals from
standardised Spoken Language corpora as far as possible.
- If there are no appropriate signals available, try to rely on
standardised signal generation schemes and on reference channels as far as
possible.
- Check the electro-acoustic transducers (microphones)
for requirements and methods of calibration .
